Good to read/see you are doing some fun stuff!

I do a lot of home recording and for that I use a very good and still cheap DAW:  
http://www.reaper.fm

You can use this like you use Audacity but you can many steps further...just in case...

Plus: reaper has really all the plug-ins you need  ( hhmmmm...I'm wondering why I bought so many other expensive plug-ins :-))   )
