[Harp-L] Physics of Reeds (Johnston or Johnson)

I suggest trying Google Chrome and the automated translation (Translate this page) if you want it in a different language (English?). I just get to the page in German and Google Chrome throws up a little box asking if I want to translate it. It's not perfect but it's readable, although it does take some noodling to make sense of it.
Select the "Small Harmonica Physics" link. Klaus shows some mode results from applying Finite Element Method (FEM). I did not find any equations. Perhaps Frank's suggestion to email Klaus directly might bear more fruit.
The two cited papers have already been suggested on Harp-L.
