Going to the Hohner http://reedology.com/ site what caught my attention 
was the Discovery 48 chromatic.  Convertible slide for left handed 
players.  It's probably too late for me but this would have been a game 
changer for me 25 years ago.  Even so I think I might have to give it a 
try.  A lifetime in a backwards world is taking its toll on me.  fjm
