[Harp-L] Repair of KOCH Chromatic Harmonica

Hi,

I have a KOCH Chromatic 10 hole in the Key of C from the late
 1950s to early 1960s that the reeds need to be repaired or replaced.  
As a beginning player in a local Irish open session, does anyone know of
 a technician that can fully go through for repairs?  Is it also possible 
change the standard tuning, keeping the Key of C to Paddy Richter tuning
 with half-valving?  If you can help please provide the technician’s 
contact information.
