I've seen a few similar devices over the years. One that's a bit simpler than this one, but requires more installation, is a ring that fits around the barrel of a mic, with a magnetic pad that the harmonica rests on. You can see singer/guitarist/harmonica player Catriona Sturton using one in these YouTube clips.

The advantage of the one that Maurice Thaler has linked to, even though it's bulkier, is that you don't have to partially disassemble a microphone such as an SM-58 to fit the ring around the mic barrel.
