If spiral tuning is the same as circular tuning then you can use Seydel's
Harp configurator.

Just click on "Configure product" for one of the harps and after the page
loads click the "Continue" button. One list will allow you to choose the
circular tuning. Another list will allow you to choose the lowest note.
