Not sure if it is the same or not but Seydel has circular tunef harps labeled in mixolydian mode. A circular harp labeled as C would have all the notes in the F Major scale. C is the blow 1 and F is the draw 2.

Anybody ever heard of Lydian mode, aka F on a C, called position zero?
