[Harp-L] Problem posting messages to Harp-L

I apologize in advance for the meta discussion, but I didn't see anything 
from the owner, so I'm taking a chance in order to try to help those who
are experiencing posting problems.

I ran into the same problem some time ago. I contacted the Harp-L list 
owner at "harp-l-owner@xxxxxxxxxx". He explained that my account was 
moderated because it was posting "nefarious links to multiple recipients."
Placing an account on moderation is the easiest and quickest way to fix
the problem, given the volume he has to monitor.

Send a post directly to the owner (NOT to the Harp-L list) and request 
that moderation be removed from your account. Be advised that if the problem 
recurs, you will automatically be placed back on moderation status.
