The ingredient you have suggested is Benadryl and it is sold over the  
counter.  They can also cause drowsniness and many use them as a sleep  aid.

1 tablet just doesn't get it  for me. And make sure you get the real stuff 
"Sudafed" (from behind the  counter, ID required), NOT the "alternative",
