I always use 2 tablets. I weigh around 210, atm.

1 tablet just doesn't get it for me. And make sure you get the real stuff 
"Sudafed" (from behind the counter, ID required), NOT the "alternative", 
phenylephrine, which I've found to be as useless as tits on a boar hog.

But still, it's only a de-congestant, not an anti-histamine, so it works to 
clear up, decongest, not dry up. You'll most probably still have to blow 
your nose, regrettably.

I hate cotton mouth.
