I have never regretted getting my Pelican case. It is incredibly
water/damage proof, there are various sizes, you can replace the foam (as I
have at least twice in 15 years), and the perforated foam is easily
customized. Pricey, but you only have to buy it once. Mine is 12" x 18". I
