One inaccuracy in that list - "That's It" is played on a C chromatic. He's using the draw notes with the slide in, which gives a type of C chord (C-Eb-Gb-Bb), but it's has a diminished fifth and soundsÂkind of weird, so he gives up and goes back to third position on the Bb diatonic.
(A few years later, Stevie Wonder solved the weirdness problem by using those slide-in draw notes as part of a C blues scale, played mostly in single notes, and in the process invented a whole new way to get funky on the chromatic harmonica.)
Walter also played chromatic (always a C chromatic) on a number of Muddy Waters recordings as well.
