Bob: Several places come to mind.
1)I'd try your local 'Patch'...which is an online community dedicated to
YOUR local area (each community has one online..just type in Draper, Patch or
if that fails the next biggest town over), and it's easy enough to put up
a photo of your group in action along with a schedule of where and when you
meet.
2) I'd spend the money to take out an ad in your local newspaper.
Occasionally online reporters pick up items from there and post them online, and
you just might get those people who still don't routinely use computers (they
DO exist) ;)
3) Ask your local library if you can put up a notice there (since it's a
community affair). They're usually all too happy to oblige.
4) Make sure there's a phone number for weather-related cancellations;
discussions about dues, refreshments, etc.
Good luck,
Elizabeth

We run a blues jam at the Draper Mercantile in Draper Virginia (one hour
south of Roanoke Virginia) in the western part of Virginia. We have been
running the jam for one year now and are looking for places on the net to post
it. Thanks for the ideas.
