Paul Davies is indeed a unique player with terrific skills and very original ideas. If I were his manager, I would insist that he make a record and get it out there, or that he record a series of videos--performances, not lessons--and put them on Youtube. Those are the obvious paths to making his work more widely known, and they're not extremely expensive or otherwise impossibly onerous.
Of course some people are happy to be known in the circles where they're already known. Nothing wrong with that, though I do think it would be nice for a larger piece of humanity to hear what Paul's doing.
