I bought the Kindle Edition of "Blues Harmonica for Dummies" written by 
Winslow Yerxa. I understand a CD should accompany the book and should be 
downloadable after purchase. But I can not find the Website where this can

The "for Dummies" line is brand recognition. It has nothing to do with the 
quality or lack thereof of the contents of this series of books.
