Re: [Harp-L] Fw: coast2coastmusic follow up
Just to let you know how great Ron Hobdy is, he has been hounding me about following up on placing a Hohner warranty claim on a new Rocket harp that went south on me a few weeks after I got it from him.
Who else calls you a home at night to make sure you're getting treated right by Hohner? Nobody that's who! Rockinron is the best harmonica supplier out there friends!

One respondent said she had been able to get in touch with someone by telephone, so I started calling the warehouse order number listed on the website I reached someone who seemed to know what was going on who told me my order had been shipped FedEx on 3/26, the day, I placed it. he also promised to email me a tracking number which never happened I called back the next day to get a tracking number and was told that the order had actually shipped the day before489, but he then corrected himself that it had been out of stock and was being shipped that day 4/9 and he would email me the FedEx tracking number, a couple of hours later I did get an email with the tracking number showing the package in Nashville to be delivered here on Monday. So, short story long, I do not have my new CX-12 yet, but

Now I'm trying to find out how to track down the order. my account was drafted for the proper amount by buckeyemusic, but repeated emails to various contact adresses have gone unananswered. anyone know whats going on and how I can figure out if this will eventually show up or if I've been hornswaggled?
