Yes. He plays Echo Harps only on certain songs. I did not mean to imply that he plays them all the time. That "accordion" sound is the Echo Harps. He also uses Piccolo Harps (used to be Vest Pocket harps) on some stuff like Georgia On My Mind and If You Got the Money Honey I've Got The Time.

He plays diatonic harps like Special 20's mostly. He only plays echo harps on certain songs.
