Songs in Em (on a D harp) that require the B (3''). E.g., Summertime. 

Reels, e.g., Saint-Anne's Reel in D on a D harp. 

These all focus on the 3 double bend. If you want to work them all, try Take Five on a Db harp. (Play the run at 0:37 starting on the Eb/4-draw.)
