Hi David:
I looked at the rest of the 'series' of t-shirts and they all seem to be
related to Bob Dylan. There are other strange references to his harmonica
playing and quotes of his (and one about his 'knocking on heaven's door' when
he dies, so I'm guessing this one too is some esoteric reference about his
playing, possibly?
Whoever made the shirt was right, though. It's a harmonica thing I don't
understand either. ;)
