That would appear to be a Masco PA head....which is not a preamp. That's an amp in and of itself. I'm not exactly sure how he has that wired up in his rig in this video. And the two amps he has under it appear to be his standard rig, a pair of Fender Blues DeVilles.
BUT....Kim has been known to use a small tube preamp like my ART to split his mic signal between the two DeVilles onstage.
