Most harmonicas are tuned higher than A440, so yes, this is normal.

Harmonicas are tuned sharp for two reasons:

1) Most players lower the pitch slightly with their breath.

2) Many musicians tune their instruments to a pitch reference higher than A440. To adapt, a harmonica player can always push their pitch down slightly, but they can't push it up. So having the harmonica tuned a bit on the high side gives a player more opportunity to adapt.

Thanks, now I tried with another app an it shows all the notes exactly the
app is WAVES for Android.  Now with the application working I found that my
harmonica is a little bit up in tune, in general, it is only 9 months old
but, Is that normal?
