Search for what groove "isn't" and illumination won't be far behind...It helps not being afraid of being perceived as a "cool cat" to locate a moving groove. If you find a groove... even a small one - roll with it, repeatedly, until you enter a meditative state... A "natural high" will proceed upon awakening, reinforcing that "groove" has truly been generated by you :) Frank
