[Harp-L] Seydel Fanfare As Octave Harp
I had a Seydel Fanfare configured as a LowC/C octave harp and then upgraded
the mouthpiece.
It is a great sounding harp for simple melodies and to give that accordion
pad in a band context.
The sound sample is basic and I just recorded it raw using guitar and a
rack, but I think the sound is great. There is nothing wrong with the
Seydel Concerto as an octave but I thought I would experiment a bit and see
how it would sound on a 12 hole.
Very pleased and I think the customer who bought it is going to be even
more so....
I expect to build several more fairly soon.
Pictures, description, and a sound sample on my page.
