[Harp-L] Clint Hoover is stellar

If any of you haven't had the pleasure of hearing Clint Hoover (formerly of
the Twin Cities but now residing in Pittsburgh, PA), i highly recommend you
seek out his work.

Richard is right, he is a brilliant chromatic player, but he is also highly
adept at diatonic styes from early blues to old time.

I was just out on tour in PA teaching at a ukulele club (steel city uke
club) and presenting an evening concert, when Clint surprised me (it had
been years since we last seen each other). I immediately asked him to sit
in on my solo set and he preceded to blow everyone away.

Or as the say in the harmonica world, i think he gained some new harp
students in Pittsburgh that night.

Anyhow, long live Clint, keep on puffing and blowing brother.
