"Just to be with you" (Roth) from In My Own Dream (which incidentally has a sublime sax solo from Sanborn on the title track). Butterfield also recorded a version of Just To Be With You on the scrapped ("Lost") Elektra sessions.

Subject: [Harp-L] Identify this Butterfield tune?
At around 1:30 in this clip, after the interview with Corky Siegel,
there´s something with Butterfield coming in. Sounds a bit like it´s
live ... but I can´t identify the song/album.
Probably lousy of me, as a sort of aficionado, and I´ll prepare some humble pie.
Can anybody help?
Cheers,
Martin
