Wikifonia is a good resource....but.  I have found that many of the songs are incomplete (lacking introduction, bridge, etc.) and have errors.  I often download them in *.xml format and import them into FINALE where I edit them to suit myself.

The songs are uploaded by users and their quality depends on the knowledge and ability of the contributor.

The best way to check them is to read/play along while playing a version that you like on Youtube.
