[Harp-L] Lil Rev-Harmonica Notation Software

Hello everyone,

Being new to this list, I am certain this has been asked many times prior to my 
Joining.

Is there any decent software for writing harmonica notation on the market that you can recommend to me?

I am aware of Finale and Sibelius, the learning curves are steep, wondering if there is anything easier that you guys are aware of for number/arrow/notation?
