HERE'S WHY
The Seydel factory convention is to name the Spiral / Circular harp by the
BLOW 1 note, but the underlying major scale begins on Draw 2 (much like you
would regard a standard harp in second position, or a Melody Maker from Lee
Oskar)

SECTION 3 (SPCIRC00).
In this PDF, Spirals are BOLDLY named for the Draw 2 note. Choose the key
you want. Look at the hole 1 note, and order that spiral harp from
