There are two approaches to finding songs that work with harp-rack and guitar. One is to look through all the youtubes and see what everybody else has done. Then you can be a clone. Play the same songs as everybody does. You get the same result if you go around asking people which songs to play. The same 10 bestest songs. Which is not to say they are bad songs. But do we need another version of Juke?
The other is thumb through a fake book (here we go again with that damn fake book again) and try each tune you recognize and see how they work out. You may find a few tunes that nobody else is doing. That are better tunes. Or familiar songs that don't rely on cowboy chords.
Often a slight change makes all the difference and creates a new sounding arrangement.
