I too tried to get in contact with David via private message on YouTube... no response.
His last post on YouTube was 3-months ago.
I see his ElkRiverHarmonicas.com site is down.
I see he last posted on his forum in Feb at http://elkriverharmonicas.smfforfree3.com
And his last Facebook post was in Feb...
Hope he is OK.
