Hi David

I hope you see this email. It has recently come to my attention that you
purchased
a Saxony chromatic through Seydel's HarpConfigurator system and that it
needed
some extra tuning modifications due to Seydel's limited reed stock. I think
I recall
that you purchased a legato tuned harp. I was wondering if you could tell
me who
did the extra tuning (you, Seydel, ?), how much of adjustment did you make
and
were there any special considerations in tuning these stainless steal reeds?

I am thinking of getting a Saxony in the whole tone tuning (more commonly
called
augmented tuning) starting on a low E. Two holes will need major retuning.
Two
reeds in those holes will need to be tuned down in pitch by a minor third.

What has your experience been with your new Saxony?
