[Harp-L] harp-l intermittent

If you've noticed that the list has been slow lately you were correct in
your observations.  Sendmail has been wreaking havoc on the throughput of
the list.  Reluctantly I'm in the process of upgrading the operating
system om a quest for a sendmail that doesn't choke on tls.  So far
nothing has been lost, it all queues and then shows up once the log jam is
freed.  My expectation is resolution within the week.  harp-l-listowner
