[Harp-L] harp-l content decisions

ALL decisions regarding content on the harp-l list are made by
owner-harp-l  Generally the rule is avoid meta discussions always.  Talk
about the talk.  This includes commenting to the list on the merits of a
thread.  If you feel that something doesn't belong on the harp-l list what
you need to do is write me here at owner-harp-l@xxxxxxxxxx making a case
for why you think something is over a line or off topic or meta or
whatever.  So while all decisions regarding content are made by
owner-harp-l they're always made with the input and consideration of the
