"Highlander" (or maybe "Donald Black") might be a reasonable name for
this kind of tuning, since the Hohner Highlander tremelo uses it on its
A side. It works really nicely for Amix and Bm Scottish tunes with a
bit of chordal accompaniment or parallel harmonies.
