Check your posture.  If you are hunched over with chin pointed  down toward 
your chest then saliva will tend to pool in your mouth.   If you stand with 
a straight back, head up and chin pointed out then it will run  down your 
throat instead.  
 
A 'wet' mouth creates other problems as  well.  Excessive moisture can 
create all sorts of issues  with your harmonicas.  If you are an amplified 
player then you  can also have microphone problems, especially if you use crystal 
 elements, which are sensitive to moisture and easily damaged as a  result.
