I read *Michael Bloomfield: If You Love These Blues* by Jan Mark Wolkin.
Good book, but not much on Butterfield, who only played with Bloomfield for
a couple of years.

Ultimately, it's a sad picture of a great talent stymied by drug dependency
and other mental health issues.
