I'm not sure if this affects users of other, older mail services like
yahoo, AOL, etc....but as a gmail user the harp-l messages arrive as being
sent by the person who posted it...not from harp-l.
So, standard replies are sent to the original sender *only...*not harp-l

Hitting reply to all will send it to *both *the original sender and harp-l,
which is not ideal (original sender gets two)
Typically, for groups like this, the mail group manager software is
configured to send the message on behalf of harp-l, so that hitting reply
will send it back to harp-l as desired.
Not sure if this is intentional for some reason, but it might be something
to consider to sort of update the harp-l functionality.
