Best bet is an older Marine Band or an older (nailed cover plate) Blues Harp. Keep it on the left side and clamp down with your teeth. The rest is up to you. BTW, SBW #2 (Rice Miller)used the larger, 12 hole version when playing "Bye Bye, Bird". Missing teeth could be a help or a hinderance, depending on their location and the size of your mouth. The end result will take some practice, but it's worth it.
