Easy enough to draw one up. Make 2 rows of 16 squares each on paper. Put blow and draw notes across the top squares One color for blow, one for draw.

Do the same for the bottom row. One color for blow, one for draw. I would also put the enharmonic note in there too (in parentheses). That's basically what the charts in the old catalogues showed.
