An asset purchase agreement obtained under the FOIA shows that Beloit-based
R&R Opportunities LLC
purchased Harrison’s assets from Alpine Bank
for $11,000 in September 2011. R&R is
registered on paper
to Beloit attorney Rodney Kimes. Limited liability
corporations are often registered with attorneys as a
formality.
R&R and Beloit Precision, a stamping manufacturer, have common owners, but the two companies are not
affiliated. R&R confirmed in a statement that it purchased assets of Harrison
Harmonicas, which included
patents, trademarks and a machine, from
Alpine Bank, but did not assume any liabilities associated with the company.

If you want to contact them and see if they have any more up-to-date information on production plans,
here is the contact information for Mr. Kimes. (Perhaps he might even be able to give you information
on the elusive Brad Harrison's whereabouts. If so, you could then ask Brad directly how many units were
produced. Given past history, I wouldn't bet on it.)
The legal agent of R & R Opportunities, LLC is Mr. Rodney W. Kimes,
a member of the law firm:
