Some years ago I played quite a few gigs in London with Brian  Greene's New 
Orleans Stompers, including at "Pizza in the Park" and "Pizza  Express Jazz 
Club" in London's West End...
My harmonica fitted in just fine! There were the usual comments  "That 
isn't how it was on the original record" of course! Provided it is played  well 
and sensitively, harmonica can sound great in ALL styles of  music.
