Hey Michael. Nice to hear from you. I hope you are well. I purposefully avoided the commercial success standard by using the world "touching." When artists are lucky, connecting and commercial success coincide. IMHO self-expression for personal gratification may be "art" after a fashion. But for me, "others" are an essential part of the equation.
