I do not print harmonica tab, but for music notation, I use Encore by Gvox.
  http://www.gvox.com/encore     I've used it since 1995.  I think it is
intuitive in the use of left hand keys and right hand mouse.  Much
different than Finale (which I also own, but choose to never use)
