[Harp-L] Slow down software

At a Willie Clancy harmonica workshop a few years back, Rick Epping
suggested use of a program called Transcribe. This was not free but was well
worth the modest cost and it has a lot of other neat features like key
change, which I have found useful.

What is more it seems to be run by a very helpful individual, who gave me an
upgrade recently, even though I had done the usual dumb thing of losing my
registration code.
