[Harp-L] SUB30, Halve Valve, and Overbend Note Layouts

Here is a comparison of those three types of harmonicas I made myself.  I 
don't play fully valved or the XB40, so I didn't include those.  I did list 
a modded SUB30 layout as the one I have in A has the 1 and 4 overblows 
available.

While I miss the 10 overdraw on the other two harps, I see where the bends 
are more logical.  Unfortunately, my muscle memory doesn't seem to get 
that.  As I am a visual learner, this helps put it in perspective!
