[Harp-L] Tuning a 365 to a SBS



I have a Hohner 365 that I hardly play and I am interested in tuning it to
be a Steve Baker Special. I just started doing some tuning of harps and
have brought some back into tune and have made a few country tuned harps. I
am wondering if I can re-tune the reeds up 4 and 5 semitones to accomplish
this. Here are the note layouts:

The biggest shift will be from F to A (5 semitones) the rest are 4
semitones (B to D, D to F) and 2 semitones (A to B). Is this possible? Is
there enough material to file? Should I attempt other methods like adding
material?
