Lloyd, I'd say bending hole 3 is the easiest - what's different about it is that it bends MORE than others, but that's what makes it easy. If you can bend all the other holes, I'd guess there is some problem with the harp, not you. On a key of A, that is probably the juiciest bending hole out of all holes on all keys/ harmonicas.
