Thanks to each of you who offered suggestions!

REVIEW
Began with Lee Oskar low F plates, and took them down -5 semitones with
silver solder, to make a Low C harp.

UPDATE
Lowered the draw reeds (that I had trouble bending, 1-2-3) a whole step by
polishing the base (rivet-end) of those reeds. Then removed solder to
regain the intended pitch.  Increased the slot embossing. Bending has
improved some.
