Rafael -
Welcome to the list.
It's good that you're thinking actively about harmonica terminology.
I don't mean to discourage you. However -
The term "underblows" is rarely used. Occasionally someone uses this term thinking it means something else that already has a name.
At various times in recent years people have proposed new names for existing terms, often with well-argued reasons, but such proposals almost never have an effect.
"Valved bend" is a descriptive term - a bend you do on a valved reed. Even if I thought that "underblow" was betterand proposed it as a new term, I doubt that anyone would want to change.

Hi, how are you?
This is my first post, thank you all for keeping this list so nice for so
long!
My name is Rafael, living in Macae, Brazil
just wondering...
May one call valved bends as "underblows"?
Abraço,
RV
