The RP200/200A does some very nice things. The newer models have better reverbs and USB for backing up the device to computer, both of which are excellent features, so that's what I recommend in general. But the 200 makes nice sounds.

If you don't have an RP200 lying around, I'd still recommend the 250 or 255, which are available used for well under $100.
